& Drink Recipes Cranberry Oat Muffins
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray 24 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray. Stir together oats, orange juice and buttermilk in a large bowl; set aside for 5 minutes. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and sugar. Sprinkle with additional chopped chocolate, if desired. |
