Meetings are a way of life in the workplace.
Some drag on for hours and can actually cause you more stress. Here are five ways to de-stress your next meeting.

  • Schedule your meeting for the afternoon.
  • Keep meeting under 50 minutes.
  • Send out an agenda prior so everyone can mentally prepare.
  • Decide who will be responsible for what in the meeting. This will keep everyone accountable and increase work flow.
  • Follow up on tasks that have been delegated.

* This tip alone will save you time, frustration, and money.
